Job Summary:
As a Seller Account Manager at AddOnn Tech, you’ll work closely with sellers to optimize their performance on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Responsibilities:

• Manage a set of seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist sellers with account setup, product listings, and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze seller performance (e.g., sales, ratings, inventory) and suggest improvements.
• Address platform-related challenges, such as listing issues or compliance requirements.
• Guide sellers on best practices for Amazon (e.g., FBA, keywords) and Flipkart (e.g., promotions).
• Use AddOnn Tech’s tools to enhance seller efficiency and growth.
• Achieve targets for account health and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or customer support.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic analytical ability (e.g., using Excel or platform dashboards).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of online advertising or inventory tools.
